At HomeShield Inspections, we generate user-friendly inspection reports using HomeGauge Software. Your report comes complete with a full write-up of our findings, expandable photographs, and video as needed, and it will be delivered to you by email within just 24 hours of the inspection.
An interactive tool called the Create Request List™ (CRL™) is also included with your report and eliminates the need to copy and paste each individual item into your repair addendum. Simply use the CRL™ to build a list of repair requests directly from the report itself, and share it with your seller at the push of a button.
